This registry will only become useful if trusted community volunteers help steward it carefully, place by place and family by family.

Country coordinator

Help map the registry at the country level, support rollout priorities, and keep the effort organized.

State / province coordinator

Coordinate state or province coverage, identify local families, and help the registry grow carefully by region.

City / metro coordinator

Serve as a city or metro point person for household invitations, local trust-building, and consent-based outreach.

Clan coordinator

Support one clan’s registry growth, help families feel comfortable participating, and organize clan-specific follow-up.

Verification steward

Assist with careful identity and consent review once verified-member workflows are active.

Story steward

Help families convert private memory into archival stories when they want to publish publicly.

Archive steward

Support collection of photographs, migration notes, village names, and family documents for the archive layer.

How volunteering works in Phase 1

Phase 1 captures volunteer interest alongside private registry registration. We are not yet exposing coordinator identities publicly unless they later opt into a public profile. For now, volunteer roles are private signals of willingness to help.
