Registry Privacy & Consent
The registry is being built as a private, consent-based archive of living Mohyal households. The privacy model is not an afterthought; it is the foundation.
Our commitments
We do not sell personal data.
Profiles are private by default.
Living people are not published without consent.
Contact details are never public by default.
Members can request correction, deletion, or visibility changes.
Minors are not listed publicly.
Contact between members uses a relay unless someone separately opts to share contact details.
Visibility, consent, and relay
Registry submissions are private unless someone explicitly chooses a narrower member-visible layer or a public profile and that profile is reviewed. Verified-member access is a future phase. Until then, no authenticated member directory is being exposed.
Contact relay is the default protection model. Even when a member allows other Mohyals to contact them, the first connection should pass through the site unless they separately opt to reveal direct contact details.
